Marines set up camouflage netting as the first step in forming a combat operations center Jan. 16, at the Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, for Integrated Training Exercise 2-15. A COC is where the command element can monitor units and make decisions. The 4th Marine Regiment was designated as the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force’s command element. Marines setting up the COC are with 4th Marines,  3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
