Marines uses an M1 Assault Breacher Vehicle to fire a Mine-Clearing Line Charge to clear an area for Marines to continue their assault Jan. 2 at Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms during the Integrated Training Exercise 2-15 Tank Mechanized Assault Course. The MICLIC uses over 1,700 pounds of composition C-4 to clear paths for tanks and other vehicles through dangerous terrain. The Marines operating the M1ABV are with 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force.
