Forward deployed Marines assigned to Truck Company, Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, conduct the Combat Lifesaving Course aboard Camp Hansen December 21, 2016, in order to learn how to triage patients, prioritize order of care, and treat injuries. The Marines trained to apply tourniquets, maintain airways, treat chest wounds, bandage wounds, splint fractures, and treat casualties for shock.
