U.S. Marine Maj. Gen. H. Stacy Clardy III shakes hands with Royal Thai Army Maj. Gen. Clardy is the commanding general for 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force. Wachirakul the director of the exercise planning office, directorate of joint operations, currently serving as the deputy director of CG 14.
