From 12 August to 2 September 2016, Headquarters Company led a battalion command-sponsored Corporal’s Course Class for 20 Marines from across the battalion. The Marines were instructed on a broad range of topics that included warfighting, leadership, military drill, land navigation, promotion guidelines and administration, Warrior Ethos, financial independence, combat conditioning and nutrition, and mentorship. The topics provided the Marines with the knowledge, tools, and confidence necessary to teach, coach, and mentor the Marines in their charge.
